In the heart of the Ainay district in Lyon lies a neighborhood with a village-like charm, and thanks to its elegant 19th century buildings
along the Rhône, interior architect Constance Laurand is giving new life to a beautiful family apartment. On the agenda: improving the
flow, energizing the space while highlighting its generous proportions, creating visual perspectives and moments of surprise, redefining functions, and rethinking the layout. Here, a rich and carefully curated palette of around fifteen colors interacts with the apartment’s original woodwork, decorative mouldings, and stunning parquet floors. The result is a space that feels vibrant yet soft, full of life and rhythm, with just the right touch of modernity to bring out the soul of the home - an ideal backdrop for showcasing the Ligne Roset collection.
The salon boasts a magnificent 19th century parquet floor, a coffered ceiling and some very beautiful woodwork, which Constance has chosen to reveal for several reasons, not least for its contrast with the contemporary furniture.
