Eco-tax
Since 1st May 2013, an eco-tax has been set up in France for the management of used furniture. These amounts are entirely paid to Eco-furniture, an organisation agreed by the State, and dedicated to the development of solutions for the collection and recovery of these used products. The amount is defined according to a common bareme for all manufacturers and distributors and corresponds to the cost of the waste management of these used products.
